Editor’s Synopsis: Lilly has waited for this day all year – it’s Camp Pegasus! And it’s finally here!

But this year, Lilly’s little sister Filly is joining her. And wherever Lilly goes, Filly is right under the hooves, turning rainbow jumps, braiding manes, and baking cakes into crashing, tangling, and splashing disasters! When Lilly’s temper finally breaks, Filly sadly walks away from her. Lilly wanted her sister Pega to go away from her, so why can’t she have fun anymore without her?

Anyone who has siblings will knowingly smile and roll their eyes, and all readers will laugh at this fun and hilarious summer camp game, which also serves as a shining reminder that sisters make the most wonderful magic together.

MY REVIEW

There’s nothing lovelier than a classic children’s picture book! These books always have wonderful writing and illustrations that have it! The Littlest Airplane is definitely headed for classic status, because it has adorable writing and illustrations.

The Littlest Airplane is written by an award-winning author who has a lot of personal experience flying a small plane, just like Littlest Airplane. This is the story of an airplane hangar in the far north and the different planes that take off and land there.

Aircraft include: turboprop, cargo, jet, and bush plane. Every plane brags about how cool they are, except for the bush plane. He’s very humble and doesn’t think he can measure up. Then a very big storm comes along and leaves people stranded in a small clearing. The turboprop, cargo, and jet have too many reasons why they can’t land in a small space. So, now is the bush plane’s chance to do something wonderful.

This is a book you’ll want to buy for your child or grandchild, because they’ll want you to read it to them over and over again.
